Terms of service
Effective 27 July 2026
These terms govern use of NUVORA during the Costa del Sol marketplace pilot.
Platform role
NUVORA structures buyer demand and enables verified property professionals to submit relevant proposals. NUVORA is not the property seller, landlord, estate agent, lawyer, lender, valuer or insurer in a transaction.
Property availability, price, title, planning status, condition, taxes and professional claims must be independently verified before any commitment.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account, use only documents and media they are authorised to share, and avoid unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or abusive content.
Professionals must disclose their agency relationship, fees, listing source and known availability accurately. Buyers must not use protected professional or property information for unlawful solicitation or circumvention.
Marketplace decisions
Match scores and structured summaries are decision-support signals, not guarantees or professional advice. Buyers control shortlist, rejection, agent selection, contact consent and viewing decisions.
We may restrict content or accounts to protect users, investigate reports, comply with law or enforce these terms. Material moderation actions are logged for operational review.
Transactions and liability
Any reservation, lease, purchase, agency or professional-services agreement is concluded between the relevant parties outside NUVORA unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users should obtain independent legal, technical, tax and financial advice appropriate to the transaction.
