Privacy policy
Effective 27 July 2026
This notice explains how NUVORA processes personal data while operating its buyer-first property marketplace.
Data we process
We process account and verification data, buyer search requirements, professional profiles, property proposals, protected messages, viewing requests, documents you choose to upload, security events and consent records.
Sensitive contact details remain protected until the buyer takes an explicit action. A viewing unlock applies only to the selected professional conversation.
Purposes and legal grounds
Account, search, matching, messaging and viewing data is used to provide the service requested by you. Verification, fraud prevention, audit logging and platform security support our legitimate interest in operating a trusted marketplace. Optional communications rely on your preferences or consent where required.
We do not sell personal data. Verified professionals receive only the information required to respond to a relevant buyer request and remain subject to role-based access controls.
Retention and security
Records are retained only while required for the service, dispute handling, security, audit and applicable legal obligations. Private documents and property media use authenticated access, malware scanning and restricted storage.
Deleting an account starts a controlled privacy workflow. Information that must be retained for security, legal claims or compliance is restricted and removed when that obligation ends.
Your choices and rights
You can access and export your account data, correct profile information, control notification preferences, request deletion and cancel a pending deletion from the Privacy section of your profile.
Depending on the circumstances, EU data protection law also provides rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
